GMBS focuses on supporting, promoting and uniting business interests between The Netherlands/EU and the Middle and Far East.
Bridging function. Internationalisation means operating in a different business setting and cultural context. By exploring and conquering markets, our value lies in the word “bridge”; to bridge differences incorporated in your market approach, project design, partner choice and general strategy.
GMBS helps internationalisation initiatives of Dutch organisations aimed at the Middle and Far East regions. We do so by initiating or guiding your business development activities, e.g. when you want to export, set up a project, look for a business partner, or wish to expand your market share in Asia.
Special focus: Indonesia. This country has our special attention. You can use our eight years of knowledge and experience gained in Indonesia, both with government and private businesses alike. Founder Maarten Smit speaks the language fluently which makes representation and negotiations transparent and effective.
Asian companies can count on our support to make an appropriate and effective market entry into Western Europe. This can be in the form of conducting market studies, organising trade fair participation, and match-making, to name a few.
Representation. In exceptional cases, an agency role for one or more products can be assumed by GMBS under its trade name GMBS Environmental Projects or GMBS Trade Services. GMBS will only act as agent for products or services from companies that adhere to corporate social responsibility principles. A comprehensive orientation and introduction will precede representation by GMBS.
